Location, and the en-suite Cleanliness is an issue, the walls have marks. Needs better cleaning

Staff were very friendly. I didn’t hear any noise and slept comfortably There was no Tv. It is student accommodation so literally a bed and a toilet. But as I travelled for work and needed somewhere to lay my head it was good.

My first day experience like very clean location is central bus or train. Staffs great secured and safe place. You don't have room tv but this is no worries.

Clean, Close to a really good park!, Good value for money & secure building and rooms Should have mentioned/ made more obvious that the “Hotel” is a university halls of residence listed over the summer. However it was not a problem at all. More of a surprise

Clean environment and lovely staff. The kitchen was spotlessly clean. This place is just two minutes away from the bus stop. Bus 141 for example connects directly from this place to London Bridge. There are no towels but can they be rented from the reception. You get to know this before hand though.

Convenient location for where we were going The night staff refused to let us back in. The booking was for one room, two guests….however upon returning to the property we were challenged and nearly didn’t get back into the room. I’m addition, no TV in the room and the bed was really uncomfortable

Alejando at the desk… except there really isn’t a desk. Wonderful guy though. Look it’s cheap but you have rent towels, like it’s a prison or something. Very institutional, like being institutionalized.
