Good location for what I needed to do in a London Late check in and quite strict, extra charges for luggage storage or early check in. Challenging with an early arrival after an international flight

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The rooms without windows are underground, despite this you cannot sleep, you hear tubes at 4am and people walking around it's quite loud.

The location was perfect, it had modern facilities, the air conditioner worked great and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The room is small, but there is space under the bed to store luggage. Small room was to be expected so it wasn’t an issue at all.
