The Jacuzzi could do with some attention and also the showers. The view, room, lobby area and the outdoors sitting area are lovely.

Not very much. Although the steam room was good. We were absolutely fleeced on the room rate. After making a honest mistake by booking the room on the booking date ( a Tuesday) instead of of the Saturday I paid in the region of £136 for a non refundable rate, even though as soon as I discovered my mistake I contacted the property to explain my mistake and ask for the date to be moved , the property agreed but said I had to make the change through b.com . I was told I had to pay and additional £146 so for a very average room I had to pay £270 then an additional £20 fee for parking . That did not include breakfast, a river view or anything special at all . We witnessed a staff being extremely to someone on the phone so that was our introduction to the place. I subsequently saw the hotel advertising a suite room for £230 on the same date I stayed . We paid more and certainly did not have a suite. I would never go back. The hotel itself is jaded, tacky and nothing special , very disappointed .

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel and room was spotless. Location was great for what we had planned.

The staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. But if I’m completely honest I was “catfished” by everything. The lobby was not appealing at all. The room I paid for was not what I got. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I was so sad that all the pictures were not what we were given. The spa also was not appealing as the hot tub tiles were broken and was not as clean as it is displayed on the website.

Lovely kind staff, very clean and nicely decorated hotel. Amazing discount and price for a huge room. Parking easy and safe underground. Quality of towels and robes were very dry and smelt a bit damp.

The bathroom was clean My boyfriend was given a robe that had bird poo. Our bed was also stained with God knows what .
