Great place to stay at a reasonable price. Not far from anywhere. All the staff were so kind and helpful.

The location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean and towels and toiletries were provided The room was very small and the toilet was almost impossible to get into without tripping over the step. The bed moved and the TV was impossibly high up on the wall

It was clean, in a quite location but still near shops cafes and bars, facilities where perfect, there was a blue socket near the bed and they provided a fan within the room which was perfect during a heatwave. Only very small but there was no bin in the room.

excellent location. Great spots to eat right on the street and markets. 6-7 min walk to victoria station. Seemed safe. Easy to walk to buckingham. Rooms are tight but well used space. comfortable. Room had kettle, hairdryer, AC machine and also portable heater.

The location was good, under a 10 minute walk from Victoria Coach Station. The room was very small, but it was clean. The best thing was the bed, seemed to be a good quality mattress and was very comfortable. A full length mirror and a bedside lamp would be good additions. The room was very small.

Nothing as we were warned not to use the kitchen We tried to get in touch with the number we were given but received no response. We called but no one answer. We wanted to check out but no one to talk to. No staff available.

Sehr gute Lage , Nähe Victoria Station, ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Praktisch, wenn man den Zug nehmen möchte . Die Zimmer sind sehr klein , man kann sich zu zweit kaum bewegen , aber es reicht vollkommen aus , wenn es hauptsächlich der Übernachtung dient . Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber , frische Handtücher und saubere Bettwäsche. Der Mitarbeiter beim Check in war sehr freundlich und alles ging sehr schnell . Supermarkt, Restaurants , Bars alles in der Nähe . Außerdem ausreichend Steckdosen im Zimmer vorhanden . Sehr ruhige Gegend am Abend , konnten sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen , es war kein Verkehr oder sonstiges zu hören . Wir waren im Zimmer 9 . Hat etwas muffig gerochen , aber das hat man in London in vielen Unterkünften

Central location No lift, tiny bed, receptionist "George" disappeared after first day.

The owners were lovely, it was a fantastic location and the room was clean and comfortable.

location was fantastic, less than 10 min walk from Victoria train/underground/coach station. 17 min walk to Westminster, Big Ben and 25 min walk to Buckingham Palace, close to the theatres and so many places to eat and drink on your doorstep. Lovely quiet street. Stairs to our room were very narrow so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues but they did have rooms on ground floor to request. Ample facilities in room, plug by bed, private bathroom, fan in room and we had 2 beds, one bed was super comfy but the other one was a bit lop sided, my daughter felt she was falling off during night but we had a good laugh about this, in no way did it affect our stay. This is a fantastic hotel to stay in. As mentioned, the 2nd bed in the room could have had a better mattress. Other than that there are no negatives.

Good location, clean & staff was helpful. The pan of the shower was slippery & they’re was no security on the door leading to our rooms so we felt unsafe & vulnerable! Loud tenants came in late & were loud until 1:45am!
