Clean, tidy and polite staff Noise levels from other guests, people smoking Pot on the step of the hotel, tea and coffee facilities felt more like a bargain basement hostel
-
Location good It would have been nice to have a lounge where one could sit and relax. 10.30 am check out too early.

Comfy bed and clean bathroom Could hear the neighbours and people going through corridors, guess someone people don't know to adjust their voices and stumping on the stairs

Perfect location great staff everything you need. The only thing the room was tiny, but honestly, that was fine for me as I was just in and out for a few days. The size of the room was very small. You actually almost couldn’t open the door for the bed and the bed was small. However, I did like it and they fitted everything in their perfectly the shower room was great

Good location, close to Victoria station and theatre. Room was clean and beds comfy. Plenty of clean towels. Good size bathroom and lovely shower. Room had air conditioning which was good as we visited during the heatwave. We had a triple room which was on the lower ground floor, so basically in the basement. There was a window but had to keep curtains closed all the time as it looked directly into another building so barely any light coming in. Also when you walk into the room there is an underlying smell of damp. Bathroom door was difficult to close.

Small room but comfortable. I used it as a base for a weekend trip. I don't mind the room size as I was out all day anyway. However, at the end of the day, the room is comfortable enough, with good AC during peak London summer, a decent bathroom and a comfy bed. The location is great, near fabulous cafes, restaurants, and pubs. Therefore, after a long day of sightseeing, a quick shower and then pop to the nearest resto/cafe to have dinner. Perfect, as I was too tired to trek all the way to central London chaos in the evening. Nothing. The staff was friendly and lovely. I didn't try the breakfast, so I cannot comment. Just a note for tourists with large cases: there is no lift/elevator. Steps all the way up to the top floors. I was lucky to be on the 1st floor.
