Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The room was shabby. The bathrobes had definitely seen far better days (frayed and worn); the wardrobe door handle came off when I opened it; the bath taps did not work, so I was unable to run a bath at the end of the day, (the tap also came off when I tried to turn it on); the hairdryer did not stay on. Not what I would expect for a suite in a 5* hotel

Easy walk from the station. Room was large and comfortable. Check-in was slow and when we checked out, we were wrongly charged for items we hadn’t used. The room was facing the station and trains were noisy during the night.

Location. The room I stayed in was old, tired and the furniture terrible. Service was always slow.

Our rooms were gracious and well appointed. Extremely comfortable suite and lovely sitting on the balcony in the sunshine. Good breakfast and generally friendly staff. It was a little awkward to get back one night as the trains had been cancelled from Clapham Junction.

We stayed at the Chelsea Harbour hotel for over two weeks. All staff were very friendly and professional. Gennaro, assistant front office manager, was particularly helpful to address our requests and he ensured our long-term stay was as pleasant as possible. We had a beautiful riverside suite on the 6th floor: very spacious and recently renovated, very clean, large king-size bed (180 cm wide) + extra child bed in the living room, double toilets + bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The balcony was very large and we spent lovely evenings there with a fantastic view spanning from the harbour and river to the London eye and the city. Excellent room service and thorough daily cleaning. Good location close to public transport (buses, overground trains and boats), yet further away from the crowds and traffic of the centre. During the heatwave, it was lovely to get back to the breezy Chelsea harbour and Thames river walks. Large swimming pool and well equipped gym to start or finish the day. Lovely breakfast buffet, afternoon tea and restaurant with terrace overlooking the harbour - our rate had 20% discount on food and drinks but in any case prices were reasonable. Thanks also to Vinod for friendly service making our catering experiences so enjoyable. To sum up, very satisfied all round. Nothing

Convenient transport to central London via the Uber Boat. A large, well equipped bedroom. Effective air-conditioning despite very hot weather. The Concierge was very helpful with motorcycle parking; all the staff were friendly (especially Aziz at Breakfast) Nothing
