My room was spotless in every way, the bed was very comfortable. My room didn't have a window, felt a bit clostrophobic.

Location was excellent!!! Room was comfortable (even without a window, but we chose a windowless room) Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Room was spotless. I did have to take the air freshener out of the room as it was quite strong smelling.

Z hotels never let you down excellent service top quality very comfortable very clean. I like the no window rooms it aids a great night sleep. staff very friendly and helpful. I arrived very early and they looked after my bag and it was in my room waiting for me when I checked in later that day. The breakfast may be a little overpriced for what it is it’s tasty but if you’re in Victoria, there are so many options around you they need to drop their prices for the breakfast if they want to sell more

The room was quiet and it was good location with comfy bed and pillows Room was tiny window wouldnt open for any fresh air, the toilet is the worst part lying in bed and its a see through glass for the shower that also looks through to the toilet so heads up

Great location. Excellent facilities and modern up-to-date room, spacious and good value for money. Tea/coffee making station was provided and a good selection. Decent sized tv and sky in the room. I didn’t eat here but the restaurant area looked nice. I travelled alone and felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. One of the electric blinds wasn’t fully working and only half opened.

The room was small but sufficient for us but we were an adult and a minor, it would be quite small for two adults. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. I was quite impressed with the bathroom, the shower was amazingly good and powerful. The opaque glass partition between the bed and the shower, it's very clever from a space saving perspective but privacy may be an issue.

The hotel was less than a five minute walk from Victoria underground station. After a seven hour flight, we used their clean, large washroom near the front desk to change clothing then store our luggage until our check-in time. The onsite restaurant & front desk were in the same room, making good use of available space. We asked at the front desk for an iron and ironing board. Shortly after the maid brought them to our room. The room was modern, quiet and clean with a large, comfortable bed. We liked having a kettle, instant coffee, tea, two types of non perishable milk, reliable internet. All staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. There were many shops, restaurants, pubs and attractions within walking distance. The room was very small. We had to squeeze past each other and negotiate who would stand or sit where... the bed took most of the space. Short people like us may find it difficult to reach the clothes hanger placed above the night table. Maybe adding a lower clothes hook and an additional hook near the door might help.
