No vegan option for breakfast. No variaty. Everyday the same. Suggestion: Offer vegan cream, bread and cakes, plant based milk

The location for the city centre was perfect. However I wouldn’t wonder around the streets around the hotel in the evening ! There was no safe in the room and facilities in the room very very basic and started to look tired need some sort of refurbishment

Proximity to the city centre Old hotel, in need of renovation.

The cleaning personal and breakfasts Holes on the ceiling in the bathroom the size of a coin, advise the front desk on the second day and nothing was done. The TV wasn’t working. I have pictures and recorded for my safety. They should had reimbursed me for something!!
