I have never met any more kind group of individuals who genuinely cared about the people checking in and leaving the hotel. The hotel was absolutely stunning the room was Immaculate and so clean the shower was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. I hope to come back. And let's not even start on the sunset you see from the building oh my God this hotel is beautiful inside and out

Staff were great but breakfast was so busy that the 1 employee couldn’t keep up. This is our second stay here and we will be back. Parking should be free!!!!!!!!!

Room was nice. Went down for breakfast at 8:30 and it was cold. 9:00 was cut off not 8:30. Pay 15.00 for parking in an open lot really??? 30.00 for later check out not a fan. Will not recommend.

The hotel was in a nice area south of Denver with a number of retail options (restaurants, mall, etc.) nearby. The staff was excellent and gave good advice about riding the light rail into the city.

They charge you for everything (parking breakfast) The bathrooms are so small you can't open the door without standing behind the toilet. They don't clean your room . The only good thing about this place is that it is close to the mall it was not wonderful

The staff was all incredible! Sadly I don't remember the name of the 2 girls that checked us in on Thursday the 13th around 2pm but they were amazing!
