Best Western Plus Hotel At The Convention Center

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available and okay with some options. Location is convenient to downtown and the aquarium. Fine hotel for a brief stay. I cannot comment on the pool or gym as I did not have time to use them. Only one complaint during my stay. The shower sliding doors would not stay closed no matter what I tried. There was always a gap of a couple of inches that caused some water to leak out.

The hotel is well located, with wonderful staff and clean room. Breakfast was was also wonderful.

We were only here for a little over 24 hours but it was a great stay. beds were comfy, air conditioning was wonderful and the staff were all so excellent, kind and sweet.

The hotel was clean and nice. However the staff were cold and unprofessional. Like talking to teenagers running the place. They told me when I showed up early I could store my bags and they would call me to let me know if the room opens early or on time as it was busy. I was more than ok with that and waiting for the room. However they for some reason didnt look at my number on the booking and used chicken scratch handwriting they couldn't reach me. We waited way longer due to this. When I show up there was a woman at the desk who said she couldn't help me and the other front desk agent was on break. Told me to wait and come back, as if no one could help us? Come later our stay, They originally quoted we could do late check out at no expense, then took it back the next morning(the day we had to leave) and was upset when I was asking for them to honor what they said. The front desk non stop complained to guests of the large amount of people coming in today as if they did not want to do their job.it was just odd and messed with a tight schedule of our morning.

Wifi is not working. Minor issues on some facilities.

Love love the staff is beyond professional and I felt safe travel solo the first night as a female . I love how they are so quick to help out with any issue you have not only that very very silent as someone who travels for work this is my go to !

Check in was great. All agents I dealt with were kind & professional. Interior common areas were scorching hot. A/C in the room worked well. Room patio was unusable unfortunately and had pooled stagnant water from the A/C unit. WiFi was non-existent & I couldn’t check emails, even with hotspot or my cellular service. Very strange. TV channels were only about 20 max w/ no streaming options available. Room was newly & nicely remodeled. Location is great & easy in/out. Parking fee of $25 for underground parking. Only 1 elevator in the entire hotel & it was 90 degrees inside. Often a 5 minute wait for the elevator in a 4 story hotel, Too long to wait in stale, scorching temps. No ventilation. Unacceptable.

Nice clean spacious room, breakfast was good however the dining area was small and not enough parking for all the guest.

The property and staff were excellent. The breakfast area was quite small so a couple days we had to eat in our room. Other than that, it was great.

I was so pleasantly surprised by everything. The only negative was the fridge didn't work. Otherwise, water pressure a d temp were perfect. TV worked well. Elevator worked well. Parking was very easy. Breakfast was simple but fresh and very good. Breakfast has potatoes, eggs, waffles, sausage or bacon depending on the day. They do mix up the menu a bit. Fruit, bagles, cereal, oatmeal. Definitely something for everyone. AC work very very well. Blackout shade was perfect. Staff was beyond exceptional. I honestly can't say anything bad. I would definitely stay again and again.

I rarely write reviews. I am doing so for this hotel solely because of the Wifi - there is none! The staff were all friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel is remodeled, so was the room and it was great. It is in a great location for walking to the marina and surrounding area. BUT, because there is no Wifi, it is an absolute no for me again. They claim to have Wifi, but it went out during our check-in which made it weird (at no fault to the person helping us) and it goes out so often that you cannot even watch TV.
