Location, parking The blackout curtains are unable to close. The sun lights up the room VERY early. I'm at a hotel and think that I should be able to sleep in, rather than be awaken by the sun.

The hotel is very inviting. The surrounding area is walkable to many restaurants. After driving all day, it’s nice to not have to get in the car again to go eat somewhere. Parking is very convenient, and we were comfortable leaving our 12 passenger van overnight there. Breakfast was more than adequate. The down side to the hotel is the swimming pool. It was so crowded! You have to sign out for towels at the main desk and return them there by a certain time or be charged.

The staff here is very nice, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle from LGB is great! tile cleaner used in foyer had a strong odor. Housekeeping neglected to provide adequate towels. left cleaner bottle in room
