Isam and Omar were super helpful with taking us to the beach and to the grocery store. The room was comfortable and the food was delicious. Nothing. Everything was great.

The owner and the staff Omar, the chef, and the waiter, were consistently friendly, attentive, and considerate. Their genuine care for guest satisfaction made the stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend Casa Guests House for anyone visiting Marsa Alam. Essam and his family are incredibly kind, friendly, and always available to help and offer advice, making the stay feel very welcoming and relaxed. The location is ideal, just 10–30 minutes from beautiful snorkeling beaches and within easy reach of Wadi El Gemal National Park. A great base for exploring the area while enjoying a warm, authentic atmosphere.

The host Mesho was extraordinarily kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, and he responded to every one of our requests immediately. The rooms were very nice, beds were comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. Delicious breakfast (big… carried us through to dinner!) Outstanding stay.

The location next to the sea, the attention from the staff, and the rooftop. Quiet setting. The owner explained the area and the history of the place. Met great variety of people and it had a great relaxed vibe. Great advice on snorkeling and diving. Needed shampoo and they forgot to give us a breakfast bag. Room had a funny smell.

The owner was remarkably kind, helpful, and friendly. He always helped find solutions and made our stay smooth. The hotel's location was just a few minutes' walk from the city center, where you can find groceries and souvenirs. They offer many activities, such as snorkeling, diving, quading, and trips to Luxor, among others. Breakfast was tasty and definitely worth it! At first sight, the building looks abandoned with no signs or welcoming entryway. The cleanliness is up to "Egyptian standards," no offense. The bedroom has a very loud and poorly functioning refrigerator.

I've stayed here twice. So here is a repeat of my other review. My family and I were all very happy and impressed with our experience at La Casa. We very much enjoyed the atmosphere sitting on the rooftop terrace, with the ocean view and lights from with town behind us. The 15min walk to town was simple to do each day. But the thing that made it really was the staff. The Manager, Mr. Essam, is an absolute gentleman. Full of local knowledge and handy tips (good local restaurants, markets with good variety and fair prices), but he was never overbearing. He checked in regularly with us to see if we needed anything, but never too much. Good humoured, good conversation and caring - absolutely professional and generous hospitality. The other staff, in the kitchen were also incredibly professional and made us feel very well looked after. I recommend La Casa without reservation. Accommodation providers around the world could learn a lot from Mr Essam and his team. If you are looking for a chilled, simple accommodation which is excellent value for money and has heart - try this place.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are super spacious and comfy. The property is in a very quiet area and within walking distance from some nice restaurants. The owner Mesho makes you feel right at home and also has some reasonably priced tours on offer as well. We booked a beach day trip via the property and had a lovely time. n/a

Everything about a hotel was great. Clean, spacious and lovely room, cozy rooftop to relax. Good breakfast. Mesho the host is extremely helpful and kind. -

The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need for a great price. The rooftop is particularly fun and I really enjoyed the music. Breakfast is delicious and I discovered a love for the black honey (molasses) there. Yum!! The tours and excursions booking system is very efficient. The people at La Casa are amazing, on the ball and go above and beyond. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you Essam and Omar particularly. I found the beds very hard and that seems to be a thing in many of the places I stayed in Egypt. I also found comforters on the bed to be strange considering the heat. A sheet and thin blanket would be way better and also save on AC use. Again this seems to be the way in many places in Egypt too. Wifi only on the rooftop and that’s described ahead of time.

The host was truly wonderful

Without a doubt, this place is special thanks to Meshail. It might sound like a cliché, but he truly made us feel like family rather than guests. He helped us with everything, even matters unrelated to our stay. The first impression wasn’t the best due to the surrounding construction, but we would definitely return without hesitation (in fact, we stayed an extra night).

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, nice location with sea view rooftop and couple good restaurants nearby. The place is clean and well decorated. Drinks menu need to be expanded a little. Just the basics tea and Nescafe and herbal tea exists.
-
The host helped us a lot solving an issue related to the transfer service we booked with another company; he just handled and fixed it. Good staff, valuable information about activities, stores and restaurants.

if there a sign outside the building, people might find this place more easy.

this was a great place, we were looking for a comfortable accommodation to rest after our beach days,, this place was perfect to do so, the staff is super friendly, breakfast is just GREAT with different items every day, rooftop has excellent vibes and the room is large and comfortable, great value for your money, definitely will be back. Misho the owner is just great, he was always looking after us and he gave us the best food recommendations in Marsa Alam.
