Awesome clean , helpful staff. My only gripe was : parking due to random cars not staying at Hotel using charging stations . Also someone was having a fifa party and their guests who weren’t staying at the hotel used all the parking spots . The only saving grace was the helpful Asian girl whose name has slipped my memory was more than helpful and cleared a parking space for me. I would still stay here again.

The only bad tho g about the room was the AC block, huge and very noisy. They would be better off using mini splits, those big bulky AC unit are obsolete.

The hotel was beautiful, I love the style and colors of it. The staff was very kind and helpful. The lobby eating, bar and hang out spot was very nice and very relaxing a great atmosphere. The outside pool area was also very beautiful and very relaxing. They have the pool, large chess game and large connect four game. They also have a fire place and nice seating near the pool area. They have free cold water with lime and cucumber.

Location was convenient, lots of stores/restaurants within walking distance. Parking was easy to get at hotel. Pool area was nice and water was warm. Floors in room weren't as clean, had to wear shoes/slippers inside or feet would get very dirty. Other than that room was great.

Perfect location for what I needed- walking distance to Long Beach Memorial. Clean, nice staff, decent location. Only $20 uber/ 20 minute drive at any given moment to get to downtown and the beach.
