We were here 4 nights and we were really happy with the stay. Morning breakfast was substantial, pool was great, room was comfortable with temperature controls and blackout curtains for those early sunrises! Parking is the only negative however we never had an issue if we had to park on the street. We would definitely stay again.

Staff writer wasn’t very friendly and helpful, made my family feel uncomfortable
-
Staff was top notch in courtesy and hospitality.

Wish there would’ve been hair conditioner as one of the amenities. An early check-in would’ve been nice but they were still cleaning rooms when I arrived. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful
-
From the staff to the facilities this hotel is excellent and I would highly recommend it.

No matter the time going there was never enough breakfast ready for everyone. Then having to wait 10-20 mins for another round was absurd. The case where food is kept is not heated. Pool apparently was under maintenance the entire time although upon check it we were told it would be open the next day. The entire reason we picked to stay here for a week was hot breakfast and the pool. I will say the outside lounge area is quite nice and it is close to pretty much everything. 3/5 from us and we probably won’t stay again.

breakfast was better than most.

A quite pleasant room with a full kitchenette. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

We loved the storage space at Home2Suites. Staff were exceptional. The only suggestion is we needed better water pressure.

Bad

Hotel was clean and good location. Rooms were spacious. Bed was lumpy and could use firmer pillows. Sofa-bed was dirty. Pool was excellent. Breakfast was good. Front desk was well versed in hospitality. Parking fee with limited parking spots. Not reflected on hotels.com or the hotels app.

Clean There is nothing I don't like

Pool was under maintenance, but everything else was excellent for the price. Room was updated, bed was comfortable, front desk associate was well-versed in hospitality.

nice take on an extended stay style hotel. Room was spacious, nice size fridge in kitchenette, a/c system was quiet, never was short on hot water although there is the usual pressure drop in high use hours. Beds were comfortable but could have used some firmer pillows. Staff was excellent. Wife liked the breakfast options. Paying for parking was a bit annoying when it's on the property and I'm shelling out almost $200/night. The WiFi and printer worked well when I needed to print out some items. Good location; next to a strip center with several dining options, two blocks from a grocery, several breweries and lots of restaurants within a 15min walk or 5min drive. Overall a great spot to spend a week in town.

Great stay

Very clean and comfy and a great breakfast.. in real dishes!

We arrived after hours after many hours of travel. The employee on duty was neither friendly nor welcoming. Our arrival almost seemed to inconvenience her. The hotel on the other hand was great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable (even the pull-out!) and the breakfast was yummy!! Aside from being greeted by a grumpy attendant, everything else was great. The $6 parking fee is a bit ridiculous. We're not in a busy neighborhood or city and paying for parking seemed over the top.

Did not have time to eat it
-
Know up front that parking is $6 per night plus tax. That wasn't conveyed to me at booking. Also, I question the cleanliness of the room. There was a used makeup wipe put into the original package and stuffed back into the folded washcloth, so it makes me question how many corners were cut. Clearly maid service assumed the linens weren't used and clean from the previous guest and left it how they found it.

Room is amazing and large.great for a one or two day stay. Staff needs to improve attitudes and be a little more helpful and happy.
