Excellent property! I wish all hotels in this category were as nice as this property. This hotel is super clean, very functional, and is quite honestly nicer than many high-end properties we’ve stayed at.

Pool was closed. Bugs in the shower. A/C wouldn’t stay on. 3 cop cars came to break up a fight between intoxicated guests.

Price was good. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff was kind and accomodating. For the most part, the hotel was quiet. Definitely recommend it. TV volume was low and inaudible when the characters were speaking, yet very loud during special effects sounds and music. There was an occasional tapping sound at random times that sounded like it was inside the wall behind the head of the bed. Possibly from the water pipes.

While the property maintains excellent standards of cleanliness and comfort, the overall guest experience fell short of its premium price tag. Check-in was delayed significantly by a slow computer system, which is not ideal after a long travel day. Furthermore, as the most expensive lodging option within 50 miles, the absence of an expanded continental breakfast is a notable omission. A complimentary breakfast should absolutely be offer. To truly justify its high rates, the hotel needs to streamline its front desk operations and upgrade its culinary amenities.

The Hotel is very close to many restaurant so easy to find one. There are things I did not like at all however Kayla the hotel manager was so helpful and she tried to accommodate my requests, unfortunately too late. But she has been professional though and so quick in responding to emails. They did not tell me the room was going to be cleaned every other day, they promised to give me another room which never happened on time. On booking.com I sent a comment to have a quite room and it was not the case.
