The price was decent, and the Hotel was Pet friendly but the Tile floor in the room was damaged. Staff was excellent

Price was great and this was a quite hotel for the weekend. We had issues with room keys and had to keep going down to the desk to have them reset. Kind of a burden after carrying loads up to our room then having to leave them in the hall to go back downstairs. Also the toilet was slow filling so flushing was a small issue. we had to wait to flush.

Overall stay was good. The carpet in the room was sticky and need shampooed. Also, the pool was closed. They have a kitchen area, but I don't think breakfast is offered. Other than that the stay was okay.

For only a place to sleep it got the job done, we did kill a bug when we turned on the AC and the room didn’t ever cold enough for me. It was clean and the staff was very kind.

Night clerk very friendly & helpful 1. Our room key only worked one time, on intial entry. Whenever we left & returned it never worked. Always had to go back down for a new room key. 2. The bedding was damp & smelled musty & soured. Desk clerk said all bedding was like that due to high heat. But our other motel stays bedding did not stink or feel damp like that! 3. The door hinge was broken. We reported upon entry. Yet no one came to fix. You had to lift the door by the know to get it to close. If I had been traveling alone I would not have slept in that room. I felt very insecure.

We found bugs crawling around in both beds, the room smelled musky, and there was a hole in the floor.

Location was bad no breakfast was offered at hotel I didn’t like the huge water stain on ceiling in bathroom the lights where burned out fixtures on was where removed holes where patched in room rooms where dirty hall was hot and elevator you had to hold button until doors open

Not much or anything! I asked for more pillows, and was told very rudely by a cleaning lady that guests could not have anymore pillows. I overheard her loudly say in the hallway, "if she wants more pillows, she should bring her own." I left the hotel. The pool was also not in service, and there was no breakfast.
