I cannot understand how other guests have rated this 9+! Fake reviews maybe? The property is dirty, shabby and totally run down and not fit for renting.  The apartment itself lacks ventilation, with apertures that cannot be used since no insect screens are installed. Kitchen utensils and drawers were very dirty, and floors and apertures equally filthy. It is clear that the floors have not been washed in a long time. A lot of the furniture is mismatched and the dining chairs are peeling. The outdoor area close to the apartment is unusable due to the huge volume of mosquitoes, flies and ants crawling all over. The pool area available for guests also lacks maintenance, with very dirty pool lining and stained sofas which desperately need replacing. The pool area pictured on booking.com was only available at the discretion of the owners, with a no entry sign put up for half the day on most days, and at times, all day. The gardens surrounding the pools and property are in need of maintenance with dry weeds throughout and plants looking very shabby and in need of water.  The games room, although equipped, also needs maintenance. Some of the games are out of order. The games room itself is also very shabby. I raised this concern with Booking.com, asking for compensation. Booking.com communicated with the owners who refused to accept liability, despite the evidence as shown in the photos, citing that we should have spoken up when we were there; as though anything could have been done about it at that point! Booking.com also took no responsibility of this, seriously questioning the purpose of booking through the booking.com platform. Shameful!

We had a very pleasant stay at Pierre’s apartment. We stayed there for a week in our Easter holidays with our two kids, 5 and 7. The heated pool was already open, which was really great for our kids. The apartment is very well equipped and the whole domaine is simply beautiful. Lots of activities for kids. We also used the tennis court and private jacuzzi. The Centre of Lorgues is in walking distance - it’s a nice small town with a beautiful market and good restaurants. The location is also great to explore other touristic attractions like Gorges du Verdon, Saint Tropez and the Cote d’Azur. —

Really fabulous stay. Lovely, friendly but unobtrusive owners. Virginie so friendly and kind. Wonderful. Fantastic air conditioning, comfortable, big enough for 2 weeks. Lovely pools and grounds. Netflix, Prime etc in English on two televisions. All perfect, only one thing we felt the pillows should be better quality for such a top notch place, but this is a small thing and won’t stop us returning! Thank you, Pierre, Marie et Virginie. great facilities such as the pools, Jacuzzi, gas bbq, kitchen, tennis court and game room. everything is brand new and in tip top shaped. The owner Pierre welcomed us with an early check in and upon arrival Virginie introduced us to the property with a tour , surprised to see plenty of amenities upon check in including a nice bottle of Wine / coffee, lotions,etc All round there is plenty of comfort, fun and privacy at the property and after having spend 11 days at domaine des petite princes, we give you a 5 star Rating. a special thanks to Pierre(host) and Virginie(caretaker) fam Gielissen nothing to complain, all good, however if something an additional WiFi signal could improve around the pool area.
