The property has multiple sections of the ceiling leaking water, leaving it damp and mouldy. The shower did not drain properly, and there was rat poo around the BBQ and pool area. We also noticed rat traps inside the house, and ants were living in the kitchen cabinets. Additionally, the house is not child-friendly, particularly due to the unsafe stairs leading down to the pool. I have tried multiple times to contact the property managers but have not received a reply. Overall, this experience was very disappointing given the high price. I would not recommend staying here, nor would I ever stay here again.
