The bathroom smelled like pee and smelled so bad it wouldn’t go away the floor was so dirty and the shower was dirty towels had stains

The room was very clean and fresh,friendly hosts,thanks!

The best part about this motel is that they don't require a security deposit. This good for any one traveling on a low budget. The room was clean, the electrical outlets and air conditioner all worked fine. Didn't get too many T.V. channels, but it was fine for me because i was there to get alot of rest. So if its somewhere that you want to rest comfortably, Empire Motel is the spot to go to traveling on a small budget. The Motel has close by Metro train rail access to North and South Los Angeles.

It had clean sheets The smell. Couldn’t walk barefoot the floor was filthy. Holes in walls covered with painters tape. Stray cat ran into my room. The handle for the shower was loose and coming undone.

For that kind of price I would sag it is good choice.

I like that I could find a room when I need it and close to my house

The room itself was average for a motel, and there was no issue with it (it is advertised as two queen beds, while actually second bed is smaller and not a queen). TV worked ok. I was looking for a budget hotel, close enough to LA stadium, and didn't research too much about the area. In reality this area looks extremely dangerous, there is a lot of shady activity (drugs etc.) The residents of this hotel are seemingly locals as well, and there is some unclear activity happening in the parking lot all the time. There are broken cars all around, and it doesn't looks safe to keep the car overnight. The residents of the room nearby had what sounded like a party until 5am. The sounds isolation is also generally bad and if anyone takes a shower in the adjacent rooms, the noise in our room was extremely loud. For your own safety, you should avoid this hotel.

TV wouldn’t come on. Front desk provided a remote that didn’t work. Staff came to the room with another remote to turn on the TV, but left the remote that only changed channels, I couldn’t adjust the volume and the TV was blaring loudly until I found a quiet channel because I couldn’t turn the TV off. Bullet hole in the front door and big blue tape across the bathroom door… it felt like a crime scene . Oh I forgot the door lock was broken and the door wouldn’t close all the way. Small bugs flying around too! Is this the type of room you rent to a solo woman traveler… it almost felt intentional… very unsafe. I needed a few hours of sleep and a shower so I could get to work in the morning which was about 10 minutes away.

It was a great place, and I really enjoyed my stay, I got another hotel room in the same area I would definitely get the same place great and really enjoyed my stay

Quiet area and sade

It’s a motel, if you book don’t expect a 5 star luxury hotel. It served its purpose of needing a place to stay and get ready. I had no complaints about staying here.

The property was ducked off There were bugs in the bathroom. Several of them. Comforters holding strong since grand opening.

Close to the the stadium It smell like cigarette

Fleas from cats… no good! There was a guy approached and asked if wanted to buy weed. Also, the property is very noisy at night. From the fighting cats to loud voices,,yelling, screaming and cursing. My room looked like it had been raided and gunshots in the wall!

I loved the convenience. They had on-site management 24 hours and allowed a very late check-in (1:30AM) and extended graciousness to allot extra time to check out with no added charge. I have been recently displaced from my home due to circumstances beyond my control and forced to vacate with a sheriff / lockout / eviction order on 5/14. I didn’t have a storage unit until this week so I was hauling around way more possessions than normal which takes me around 2 hours to pack up every day when switching hotels. Management was truly kind, and supportive of this without me communicating my circumstances. This is hard to find in this day and age, it seems there are more heartless humans than kind. I can say with full assurance, staff and owners are good humans with empathy, not just “all business” —they are genuinely trying to stay afloat and keep up with the competitive market of hotels and their inflated rates —as an older more vintage design motel—it is very very clean, and well maintained. The rate is unprecedented and I would return based on all of the above points. $82 a night and parking included off-street within the property complex (and free) is very hard to find, and equally reasonable. I have no single complaint. Everything was lovely and warm welcome’s from staff.
