The staff were wonderful, always smiling and super helpful. The communication via WhatsApp was great also. Our room had clearly been closed for a while and it had a musty smell. There were cobwebs and it could have been cleaner. It rained heavily on the first night and a lot of water came through a crack in the bathroom wall - also a frog ?. We arrived on a day to be told we couldn't use the pool due to an event. It was fine but could have been better.
