Only problem is the distance to parking. And that's not a big problem.

There is a train track right next to the hotel and you could hear the train whistle sounding off at various times throughout the night. They do supply ear plugs for this reason I’m guessing. Other than that the hotel was acceptable. Although I am not sure if I would stay there again because of the train.

The room was beautiful and clean - a stark contrast to what the city itself looks like. Hyatt House felt like a safe haven - highly recommend!

The property was clean, the staff was friendly and it was super close to my surgeon’s office. The parking is super expensive. This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the property so I do like it. This time the AC was not working in my room. The air was blowing but it was not cool at all.

Parking is across the street in a parking garage for 42$ also you need quarters to use laundry machine. Breakfast is less than great. And the bathroom door is a slider so you can hear through the door. On the other hand the staff was wonderful!! Very caring and helpful getting me quarters and whatever else I needed.
