Staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure was horrible and my first room's carpet was soaked due to a leaking shower.

I was moved twice because the TV NEVER WORKED. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND THEY MOVED ME TO A HANDICAP ROOM WHERE THAT TV NEVER WORKED AS WELL.SMH!!¡

Absolutely fantastic in every way. I will try to stay here on any future trips to LA. The amenities are top notch. Bed was comfy. Parking was safe and secure. Room was clean. Staff was excellent. Maybe the best hotel stay I have ever had.

The only downside was the parking cost, but coming from Las Vegas where parking is often free, I expected that in Los Angeles. It wasn't a surprise, just something to keep in mind. I also loved that there was a Starbucks within walking distance and that USC was so close by. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time for the boys to take a campus tour, but they would have absolutely loved the opportunity. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Room was clean. Check-in sff was helpful , but the night shift staff, for both nights, were not super friendly or helpful.

Rooms are a little dated, with some evident wear and tear and does need some updating, but overall rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was convenient.
