Great location close to USC. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, though on the older side. Buffet breakfast at McKay's was not great.

Staff members were helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our room was nice but could use an update. There were lots of wear and tear (the office chair, head boards). Will stay again but hoping for renovations before my next stay there.

My safe wasn’t working or bolted down. Room decor is 70s and need drastic update. Upper floor rooms need soundproof windows.

This was first time in this hotel and we have visited USC on many occasions over the years. The property was in an ideal location if you are visiting the university, it’s literally right across the street so it’s very convenient. The hotel itself could use an overhaul. It’s quite dated and the room I was in had an of ac unit that was loud and rattled the room. The bottles of soap attached to the shower wall was dirty. They seem to just refill the bottles versus replacing it with a new clean bottles. The seating area by the elevator that was in the third floor looks like the faux leather upholstery was peeling off. This could be a great hotel with some TLC.
