Baymont by Wyndham Louisville East

Room had old carpet smell, had to flush toilet multiple times just for tissue paper, pool didn’t open until after 5p (we had to ask even then)breakfast was cereal, apple, waffle… no eggs or meat 😏

It was easy to check-in and out.

Number 1 has to be the staff, for kindness and accommodations. The hotel was pretty full and some other guests weren't being considerate, so the host asked if he could put us in a 2 bed room instead of just one bed because he wanted to put us away from these other patrons, we agreed. As thanks he reduced the deposit by more than 1/2. When we got to entry by our room, the outside trash cans were overflowing and broken bottles laying around. I called the desk immediately to reported it as I knew if someone got hurt the hotel would be liable. He thanked me and when I returned from dinner, it was all cleaned up. The room WAS quiet and no one bothered us. The host checked on us a couple of times during our stay to make sure all was well. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. When we checked out he was kind and thanked us for working with him and told us when we could expect to see our deposit returned to our card. The rudeness of other patrons, being disrespectful of others' and their property. But this is no fault of the proprietor. I'm reminded to give grace and kindness to others.

I was able to choose which floor I preferred. There were boogers dried on the bathroom wall by the toilet, chunks of the wall exposed, the air conditioning took 3 hours to cool the room, the filters weren't even in the ac unit. There was a damp dank smell throughout the room. The location felt unsafe, very ghetto. Felt the need to keep checking on my vehicle. I've stayed here before, but when I booked i had actually thought this place was someplace else and literally cursed out loud when GPS took me back here.

The hotel was pretty disgusting

This was a dirty, run down operation. The pool was mirky, not inviting, the elevator made a loud noise, constantly. The carpet in the room turned our feet black in about 5 minutes and my wife had "bites" all over her neck from sleeping there. The people did not seem to care about much except talking on the phone and taking your money.

This property was not accurately described. The pool only opens from 5pm to 9pm during the week. When asked they said it was due to chemicals in pool. They claim on weekends they open 9am to 9pm because they are more busy. The outside furniture was broken and dirty at pool area. The rooms were not clean. The bed had a sunken in area. No hair dryer in room. They false advertise.

The smell of Marijuana smoke all over the hotel the guests looked like homeless people and prostitutes. The first room we looked at the ceiling was falling down from water damage the only reason we stayed was it was late and we needed to get off the road.. we are not sure why Wyndham would associate its name with a disaster facility like this. For that reason we will over look any facility that the Wyndham affiliates its self with.

Front desk guy was awesome! Didn't notice that the doors were outside!

Very nasty, molded, toilet leaking, sink wouldn’t drain. Ants everywhere. A tooth plaquer painted to the wall. Stains on sheets!!!
