Days Inn by Wyndham Louisville Airport Fair and Expo Center

This is the worst Days inn I have been in. The premises were not at all maintained. They smelled of urine and very unclean. The staff were also very unfriendly. The first room given had a terrible leak. Water from the bathroom tub seeped thru the floor and flooded half of the room. When complained, another room was given. This time the shower curtain was short and all the water from the shower spilled out and flooded the entire bathroom. We only wished to move out as soon as possible. I would never stay at this or another Days inn again.

Room was clean, air conditioning works very well, shower pressure great!

Was ok

The lady at the check in was very accommodating, however, find somewhere else to stay if you can. The tub backed up. There were people partying in the parking lot till 3 AM, very loud. Flies everywhere in the room. We will not be staying here again.

The location was great from where we had to be, we were put in a room way yo the back of the property where we felt unsafe because there's people sleeping in their car and doors the the room couple doors down open and shut all night

While the rooms were clean, the floors in the room were dirty. Additionally the outside of the buildings need to be pressure washed as well as the walkways.

Air conditioning

Unsafe. Several permanent residents. My assigned room had been broken into & ransacked. Was then assigned the room next door. Strong cigarette smell, so assigned a 3rd room. Another "nonsmoking" room that smelled of smoke, with a plastic bag over smoke detector! Toilet didn't work. Staff was no help. Obscene graffiti in shower. Stay here if you want to experience what it's like to live in the slums!

The bathtub had hair floating in it , after entering the bathtub I noticed there also was no soap in the rooms . The front desk was called about the issue and I asked for soap they said I would have to come to the front to get it … so there’s that customer service sucked

Unfortunately, the first night I got there I checked in late was tired and got to the room and it was completely disgusting. Dead flies everywhere had to kill a cockroach look like the room hasn’t been cleaned in months went up to the front desk told them about it and they did upgrade my room and gave me a different room which was a lot cleaner and a lot nicer and felt a little bit more comfortable. Although it ended up not being too bad, I don’t think I would ever go back there again due to how nasty it was at the beginning.
