Room is dated but clean

I wasn’t expecting a luxury experience, but I did expect a clean and functional room. The only reason I booked this hotel was because it’s close to the airport, and thankfully I only had to stay for one night. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a strong smell of humidity and mildew. It only got worse from there. I found roaches and other bugs throughout the room, and at one point a spider actually came out of one of the pillows. In less than three hours, I counted four roaches. The air conditioning unit barely worked, leaving the room unbearably hot. Between the insects, the smell, and the heat, the entire stay was extremely uncomfortable and frankly disgusting. The only positive thing I can say is that the woman at the front desk was very kind and professional. She deserves better than working at a property in this condition. Unless you have absolutely no other option due to budget constraints, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

It was ok. It was in the airline route so we heard airplanes taking off and coming in every hour.

Bed Bugs in my room. Bad infestation.

I liked the fact that everyone was very respectful and polite. And that when it was time to checkout the house keepers weren't rude or snappy. And when I needed extra towels, I just had to call the front desk and then someone brought them to my room.

A bully-breed dog tied to a car next to my car the next morning. Cigarette smell in room that permeated my clothes.

the front desk and who is a housekeeper are terrible they will make it to where you lose your deposit and have to have absolutely no proof of anything and the manager goes along with them whatever they say which is 100% ridiculous

Nothing. It was in terrible condition. The room was dirty, the fridge & microwave were broken, the bed linen was stained. See above. It was truly awful. The worst place I have ever stayed at.
