Overall, everything was good. However, the sink in the bathroom was tilted and it leaked on the bottom. Also, when my wife turned the sink on, it shot water all over her and the floor. When I mentioned it at check out, our parking was comped for the inconvenience.

It was a nice hotel, the workers was really nice. In the rooms the carpet was a little dirty.

The location was easy to find. We were attending a concert at Louisville Palace Theatre and it was a quick drive. Several restaurants were nearby. I didn't realize the hotel had an indoor pool, so that was a great surprise. the included breakfast had a variety, was well stocked, and yummy. Attractions like Old Louisville and Caulfield's Novelty were a quick drive too. I didn't not realize there was a $19.00 fee for parking. I am not sure if that was per night since I only stayed one night. It wasn't a deal breaker for me, but could have been an issue depending on someone's budget. I booked 2 rooms, one for me & my partner & another for my best friends. There were no issues in my room, but the room my friend's were in had a desk that was not properly anchored/installed. We contacted the front desk, but we did not need them to fix it. We just made them aware.

Mattress too soft and worn out, toilet clogged, poor looking atmosphere... staff were steadfast and willing to help but these issues are not the kind of environment you are looking for when going out in a romantic escape

Convenient to the Bats game I went to. Self parking that you have to pay $19 a day for. Pool was closed for maintenance. We would have gone elsewhere if we had known. Free breakfast wasn’t bad.

This is a great place to stay very friendly and helpful staff ,very good breakfast and close to alot of downtown things to do will definitely stay here again

The staff were not friendly and we didn't rest due to excessive noise out in the hallway , the room was hot as well
