Hotel staff at checkout not very friendly and nice

I hate to say this but from Hilton standards this place is currently sub par at best. Mostly facilities wise but cleanliness too. EV chargers don’t work: fix-Tesla destination chargers are most reliable by far. Hell a 220 50amp RV outlet

Staff was friendly but the hotel needs some work. We got the last two bed room and it smelled of smoke. We came back to the hotel before going out to dinner and the police were at the hotel to answer a reckless driving incident with an underage driver. We then came back from dinner and there were about 8 teenagers just hanging out in the parking lot blaring music. There was garbage and popcorn on the floor in the lobby. Just not what I have come to expect from Hilton hotels. It was $200 a night and had I known I would be staying Comfort Suite-like accommodations I would saved some money and just stayed and something like that. I don’t mind paying money for a Hilton product if it is what I expect from a Hilton product but this was not anywhere close to that. Keep looking if you’re thinking of booking this place.

The indoor pool was freezing cold, my grandchildren weren't able to swim as we had planned.

The stay was nice

The front desk lady was very nice! There was no complimentary breakfast. Will stay there again due to awesome, previous visits. Just do away with the roaches and ask the motorcycle guests to gather out back!

The pool Nothing

Nothing exceptional although staff was friendly. Check in clerk was very helpful. Was disappointed there was no breakfast buffet and the menu was pretty limited. Also we were told at check in that the hotel does have a bar but it was not busy so they closed early. We checked in at 8:00 pm.

This hotel was outstanding and I can truly say they are firing on all cylinders. Staff and accommodations were simply amazing.

The hotel stay was great. The rooms were clean and the area was very convenient. The outdoor area and pool was very nice. My only complaint is the breafast was not great. It had way less choices than other Hilton Garden Inn's.

The only complaint is breakfast is not a free. Even though I’m a Hilton member.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and as a female solo traveler I felt very safe.

Called the night before to let them know we would be arriving at 2am. Irma, as well as night and day staff, were wonderful to deal with.

Nice and clean hotel, good location/area. We didn’t realize breakfast was not included so that was the only thing we didn’t like.

This was mine and my sons favorite hotel, very clean, breakfast was excellent, it was in a perfect location and the staff were amazing. I will be staying here again.
