The stay was good with cleanliness and kind staff.

Everything was wonderful , only thing I didn’t like was that the door in the rear had a carpet mat keeping the door from closing , this was Sunday evening . Monday morning when it was time for me to leave the mat was still there keeping the door from closing and locking. I informed the staff when I first seen it but it wasn’t removed so the door could close n lock !!👎👎 safety first !!

Had a very bad experience trying to check in. The gentlemen said we were a no show and wanted to charge us twice and then we checked out this morning and said we still needed payments when I had proof I paid in full online.

Always enjoy staying here at the Holiday Inn in Louisville—staff is friendly and the place is clean, quiet and comfortable! Close to the track which we also love!
