Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville East/Oxmoor

The 1 bedroom suite was great for travel with 2 young kids. The staff were fine. They were not rude, but were not extra accommodating either. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the dishwasher pod that was provided was a really nice touch. Sadly both the king bed and the pullout couch were fairly uncomfortable for sleep. It was expected for the couch, but not the main mattress. Overall, a nice, clean place with nice amenities.

Nice property and breakfast was good selection

The pool, the staff. Overall it was great, I had a great time with my family. The room looked smaller in person. Small cracks and peeling in the corners of a few walls. The couch was sunken in, and kind of hard on the lower back.

Floor surrounding the pool was extremely slippery! Worst one I've been to. My kid slipped and fell full force, thankfully supported his head but he wasn't running at all. Even I felt a bit unsteady due to the lack of traction & I was wearing tennis shoes!

The front desk person was not friendly, and not helpful. We had a dinner that was suppose to be deliver

I must say, don't we absolutely loved every aspect of staying at this hotel! The room was big, comfortable, an updated to the max. The bathroom very nice. The water temperature baby, so very surprising it got a really hot and it was six of us in the room it didn't get cold at all. It had a full size refrigerator a dishwasher stove a very nice sink a dinette table for four also dishes. I believe it had a coffee maker I seen it I also seen coffee but I don't drink coffee and I didn't see the coffee cup but it might have just been the kind where you put the cup up under it and you put the coffee in the back. The sofa sleeper the kiddo said it was very comfortable. They were snoring loud enough so I guess it was. We even seen a few deer Yes deer. This hotel was not noisy at all, they also had a restriction about quiet time which followed through. The pool was our highlight. The sole purpose of picking this hotel. The pool itself was heated not too hot that it was uncomfortable but it was extremely nice. Did the kids and myself absolutely loved it. It was a very nice size as well. The outskirts of the pool it was probably about 15 poolside chairs excellent. The kiddo said the bathroom at the pool side was nice I didn't use it. But it was there. They had a shower outside the pool I'm not for sure if it worked I tried it I couldn't get it to turn on but I didn't give too much time to it. There was also a door that led to outside it looked like it might have been a fireplace out.
