This is a beautiful property and is in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff were super nice and accommodating as well. Breakfast hours could be longer.

The complementary breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable!!

Reported it to the front desk. He offered to move us & leave a note for the manager. We agreed, asked for a large bag to put our stuff in to quarantine them. While packing for the new room I found roaches crawling out of a garbage bin The new room was on the same floor so I went to check it. They gave us a room with only 1 bed. We booked a room with 2 beds so, no Back to front desk. He said it was early & no other rooms are available yet. I asked what options we had. He said we could take our things with us & he would leave a note for nightshift to get us in a different room but he wasn't sure if a 2 bed room would be available. Nope, that won't work for us. We're in town to vend an event, will need to pack it up that night & it'll be hard to fit a large bag our things were in & 2 beds are a must. He said the only option was to check out a night early & not be charged for that night. I agreed to that & told him room was prepaid through Hotels.com. He said that refunding us for the unused night wasn't a problem because of the reasons we were checking out Called hotels.com Tuesday to see if the refund had been started. It hadn't so cust. service would reach out to them Received a response that they tried to contact the property a few times, but couldn't get approval for a refund Oh, and the dishwasher in our room (314) didn't work

I will book again. Everything was great. No complaints.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. They have roaches. When I addressed this, I was told I would receive a full credit for my stay and switched me rooms. Needless to say, I have never received a credit, and they are telling me they credited 1 night back. No they haven’t. I spoke with the GM and after a heated moment she hung up on me when I told her I was going to tell about the roaches.

Stay was great. Staff was helpful. Room was clean.

The hotel was very lovely with amazing amenities! I will definitely be booking here again in the future.

Everything Everything

Location was central to many stores, restaurants, churches, and many others. AC worked well, kitchenette was nice, the closest had good space. Room had a cigarette odor. It was mild but still noticeable. Bathroom in room could have been a little cleaner. Shower setup was odd; shower head pipe was not on straight, which caused the water to run out of the shower and all over the bathroom floor. And redirecting the shower head didn’t help. Ended up building a ‘dam’ every shower with a towel rolled up. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. Looks like the issue may have been attempted to be addressed previously with redirecting the water runoff with caulk. Didn’t work or has worn down. Maintenance just needs to fix the actual problem.
