This is always a quiet hotel. Staff are always great. Floor was dirty.

The person at the front desk when I checked in was not friendly and the breakfast was mediocre. This was easily the worst of the 5 hotels I stayed at on my trip to Tennessee and the only hotel that I am reviewing. I will never stay at this hotel again and I am surprised that it is part of the Wyndham chain of hotels.

This hotel is beautiful inside and out, Stafford very friendly and the breakfast was awesome!! I have already told all my friends about this beautiful hotel There was nothing I didn't like

Staff was friendly. And located near I-64 was great way to get around town. Hurstbourne Parkway is full of restaurants. I will definitely stay again.

A little hard to find, but once I did it was great. Best of the 5 hotels on my trip.

The gentleman that checked us in was very sweet and helpful! Hotel room was clean and super comfortable!

Newly renovated rooms, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Offers hot breakfast but very limited options specially for kids. Reception is not very friendly, always on the phone and does multiple jobs at the same time so need to wait until she's back at her desk. The venue is behind an event center and it's very loud at night. We only stayed for a night to sleep after 24 hours long drive and it was loud. Fell asleep while the party is still going on.

The place seemed renovated but poorly renovated. The entire place is not central air so it was hot inside the lobby. The cereal At breakfast was stale. I saw a roach by the microwave and the woman there swiped it with the microwave cover and acted like she didn’t see it. Then on the day of check out we got back to hotel about 10 mins before check out tried to go upstairs to grab our things and the keys already stopped working. By the time we got back to the lobby it was like 3 mins before check out time and the lady showed us the time on her phone and said that’s why it’s locked. Then I said okay well we need to go back in and grab our belongings but I also needed to use bathroom could she give us like 45 mins. She said she’d have to charge us but when I asked about a late check out before I was told if we pay we could stay like 4 extra hours. She was trying to charge me the same price for 4 extra hrs for 45 mins. I said okay well can I get 30 mins she said the same thing so said okay. Can you give me like 10 mins. She said okay fine. But I was so upset that I had to go grab something to calm me down. To be treated like that after all the issues we had.

The hotel is adjacent to an abandoned hotel, almost connected. They have a bar but when I asked for a beverage, they said it wasn’t open; never opened it or stated why it was closed. The staff was friendly.
