comfortable beds, clean and nice lobby, friendly staff. there was cold water only in one room, same as happened last year the facilities should be improved, like the shower and water taps. the water comes out everywhere and when taking a shower the bathroom ends up in water, there's no mats to dry your feet. the water from the sink comes out so strong that you end up getting wet again

The staff were amazing. Good to communicate and helped with anything. Perfect location. And a bonus that breakfast is included. The bathroom would be much better with at least a curtain, so that you can take a shower normally. The trash can and room were cleaned for only 2 out of 5 days.

Staff were friendly and helpful, although there's no-one on site after 7pm. The breakfast was perfectly fine. The air-conditioning doesn't work and apparently never has. It wasn't a hot night (September) but the building is so thermally efficient that it held all the heat. We had an uncomfortable night as it was so warm in the room even with the window open as wide as it go. There are portable fans available but we weren't warned about the air-conditioning or offered a fan in anticipation.

Very efficient, no problems booking in out of hours. Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms. Once you see it you can't unsee it, well if you're a star wars fan? Sheets left unfortunately ripped, but quickly changed with no issues. Rooms very clean.

the location was amazing, right next to the Herge Museum, which was my main aim, and very central the rooms were dorms, and I got one all to myself! However the hotel was very noisy at night with so many young people running about the corridors ;-)

well organized system, kind staffs, reasonable prices looks tidy at a glance, but could find some dust on the floor and scale in bathroom probably due to not that much visitors

The staff was perfect! Breakfast was value for money. Room was nice, and location is perfect to visit Brussel. The shower was strange - couldn’t shower without flooding all bathroom. Could be more clean.
