Finding the Parking is so complicated, it lacks proper instructions to arrive to the hotel by car. Staff were amazing people ?

Ease of access to the parking then to the lobby and room. Process is fast and convenient. Having more drink water available in the room, possibly recycled water to reflect commitment to sustainability.

Just the location of the hotel as it is based in the city centre. The staff and ambience were good and accommodating. Destination to reach the hotel was in circles as the google maps take you to the destination but you can’t find the hotel as it is located above the road and the parking entrance is so isolated you can’t even find the entrance unless you read the signs and follow them carefully. Had to call the reception to find the details. Parking is not included so we ended up paying €45 and €4.5 city tax for 2 nights and also the 2nd day hotel prices were different to the 1st day which were a surprise (and breakfast is not included ☹️) and when asked the staff said they don’t know why and they think it’s because it being a New year (which is absurd) as when we booked it initially it never mentioned the breakdown of 2 night prices. If you’re travelling from the UK, you need to keep these extra charges in mind.
