The lobby/brealfast area needs a good deep clean of the carpets. The person at check-in has lost the meaning of "hospitality" industry. She/they were... fine but not what I'd call friendly. Breakfast was basic but good and we appreciated that it started at 6am as we had to be at a meeting at 7am. Room was clean, bed was comfy, apprecited lots of pillows. It's all just a little dated and bit worn. Given the great numbers of other horel options in the area, I will stay elsewhere mext time I need to overnight in Loveland.

The spa was closed for repairs, which didn't really matter to me, but its more indicative of the poor condition of the facility. At check in, the person behind the desk was on her tablet and couldn't be bothered to stand or greet us in an appropriate manner. When she did stand, it was only to retrieve our check-in documents from the printer. I was thoroughly unimpressed with her rude behavior. I will certainly not stay at this particular facility again and encourage others to do the same. In fact, this hotel doesn't meet any standard of this chain. It was terrible.

Clean room, great breakfast - best I’ve had at any hotel I’ve stayed at. Friendly staff.

Front lady was very professional The beds were not comfortable at all. Two big metal pieces were sticking out from under the beds. I hit myself in one of them and it was bruised for days.
