Room was clean and conveniently located near Estes Park.

There was a dirty towel left hanging in the bathroom. It was clearly used and covered in makeup. The room smelled of marijuana

The breakfast was poor. There wasn’t a treadmill. The dryer was broken. They didn’t Mr have change LLC

Pool was unusable. Could not see the bottom of the pool. Breakfast not good. Manager was very friendly and helpful.

Clean room. Very large. We had to leave to early to get into RMNP, so we didn’t get to try breakfast.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was pleasant. But the check in process was very slow and cumbersome. We stayed there twice and both times we waited at the front desk for a long time. The "free" breakfast was the same highly processed food you find at all chain hotels these days.

Clean & well maintained hotel, only a few minutes drive from down town Loveland and Benson Sculpture garden. Near to main road but was not noisy.

On the room, bathroom was less than ideal as shower head kept dropping. Floors and walls were dirty. Linens were clean.

You couldn’t see any local channels on the tv. Also you needed to know your passwords to log in to the streaming services and the WiFi would drop. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast area needs to be bigger. Lots of tables but not enough chairs

Everything was clean, pool and hot tub were nice,breakfast was the best continental breakfast we had in our trip, and there was a really cool brewery right next door!

This was a great hotel to stay at, we stayed one night and this hotel is right at the base of RMNP. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and staff was courteous. Was also a great price considering amenities and location. Would stay here again!
