Geez! Worst experience ever. We actually didn't stay at the property because if didn't meet our expectations. It is nothing like the photos on the Internet. We got there the room was filthy. There were stains on the sheets, cigarette burns on the sheets, a broken bed frame, the dresser was so dusty like it hadn't been cleaned on months, the carpets smelt like cigarettes when I clearly asked for a non-smoking room. Never, ever again will I book at this place it was awful! There was only one light bulb for the lighting of the room, the hair dryer didn't even work, the shower wasn't even cleaned. Definitely false advertisement on hotels.com. after being on the road for 17 hours we had to go and find another room and drive back to Loveland because the room was unsatisfactory!! This is a place that needs to be demolished. Definitely not a safe place to anyone to stay. We started to also feel itchy and sick after only being in the room for less than 15 minutes.

The pictures of the rooms on the website are false advertising. The rooms are dirty. Dirty walls, holes in walls and doors, carpet dirty and not shampooed, desk old and chipping, outlets broken, bed frames broken. Also I was only able to use my key card for one night. They said that the batteries must be dead and they had to use the master key to let me into my room. There are other people that actually live there and do drugs. I have actual pictures of the room I stayed in that shows that the rooms are not what they post online.

Neither was there. I asked about this, they stopped a while ago was the response. There was a place for a hair dryer, but no dryer in the spot. No garbage can in the room. The staff found me a hair dryer and gave me trash can liners. Staff was friendly. Place is just rundown and in need of some serious TLC.

This place is dirty and run down. I would not stay here. We walked in and walked out.

Just needed a reasonable place to stay on short notice under $100. 1st room I was given smelled of cigarette residue and had chew marks of pets on carpet an on wall. Front desk is serviced by person also covering neighboring hotel. Requested room change and was put on different floor where room was ok.

The room was filthy and disgusting, I asked to get switched to a cleaner room, the room they switched us to was filthier so I asked for a refund the guy at the desk said he issued the refund but I never received it. I tried calling the hotel and calling booking. Com and neither ever gave the refund for the room I never stayed it. Maybe my $200 I wasted can help get the smell of dog piss of the walls

Walked into the room that we had booked for 3 nights and turned around and walked out. Immediately booked another hotel. It was the dirtiest, nastiest room I’ve ever seen!

The only redeeming quality was the night manager canceling my second night of the reservation without increasing the pricing for just the one night. The people I spoke to on the phone weree going to charge me $199/night rather than the original booking price of ninety nine dollars per night. ($264 for two nights vs the cost of staying 1 night @ $199.

I don’t consider myself to be a clean freak, but this place was so bad I slept most of the night in my car. And I was so upset about it. That I had just paid $214 for THAT. I wouldn’t let my children take their shoes off, nor did I. Police right outside constantly busting people for what I can only assume are drugs, given the drug dogs present.

The dogs upstairs were barking and fighting several times during the night so that was an interruption for those who are light sleepers. The office staff was polite and friendly so that was a plus.

Location Initially I was given a room that someone else had moved out, room (217). Towels were on the floor in the bathroom, pillows on the floor next to the bed. I went to the reception to ask for a different room that had been cleaned. The receptioist instead of apologizing, gave me a key to another room and asked me to go and let her know if this was to my liking... While this new room was not used, when I turned the water in the bathroom rusty water came out. The restroom fan was noisy and had no cover you could see the fan spining and being dirty. Too much money for the condition of the unit and establishment. The telephone of the reception was not working. After calling it i was getting disconnected.

They advertise they do breakfast but they do not provide breakfast. 1 bath towel and 2 washcloths is the only towels they provided in the room. for 2 people.

I enjoyed the cool ac and warm heater, as well as the location being so accessible to anything you could need. I have no complaints as of now.
