The pool is amazing & lots people enjoying it. Breakfast was nice I don’t like saying but the matress in the room was a bit old

Breakfast was very average.

There were road work right in front of the hotel during our stay, it causes inconvenience for our vehicle to enter and it wasn't convenient to walk around.

The pool was nice but because of the room cleanliness (found a long black hair on our remote and the bathroom smelled like the toilet backed up) I was worried the pool might not be clean. We stayed in one of the bungalows (#8) Smell of the bathroom, poor wifi, very dark room and there appeared to be mould on the wall.

Everything was wonderful, especially the staff.

Very poorly maintained. Mold. Wall paper coming off the walls. No hot water. Blankets small and thin.

The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Very convenient and comfortable, we would happily stay here again. there was some construction nearby so maybe inform when people are booking

All Nothing

The staff were great and very helpful. The grounds and pool area are just lovely + the staff obviously work hard to keep them looking this way. Breakfast was very good and included in the price. The fruit was perfectly ripe and so fresh. The eggs were amazing. Best of all I ordered a cup of ginger tea which was delicious. I saw one of the kitchen ladies pick the ginger out of the garden to make my tea! Incredible. Very conveniently located with shops and restaurants everywhere. Bear in mind you only get what you pay for. The room is basic. Bed not too bad. I found it very dark during the day + couldn't even read a book. My room didn't appear to have hot water.

The room are spacious and staff are helpful A bit old and there is a tile cracked in the pool so have to be careful especially when kids playing in the pool

Quiet, clean with good facilities Nothing

It is an all good hotel with plenty of rooms and guest. It was definitely a great choice.

I just liked it, the swimming in the pool, the kind small garden around, the restaurant, the personal. Everything was just good. Would recommend to everyone.

Food options were limited and not very good, ended up eating out across the street instead. Bed not very comfortable, toilet right next to the shower which I know is common in Bali but a bit annoying that it got soaked whenever we showered b

The hotel is very close to the ocean, with a large, 3 department swimming pool. The rooms differ, but my delux room was absolutely lovely, with view over the pool and the garden. The garden was very beautiful too, well caretaken and with plenty of place and plants. The stuff was always kind and supporting. The breakfast pancake was best here. I warmly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a quiet, comfy place to stay at.
