Nothing it was absolutely disgusting We arrived on 7th September at the hotel. We were asked to pay upfront for our apartment with a view of the pool. If we had been shown the rooms first we would not have paid upfront. The building and rooms were in unsafe and disgusting/dilapidated condition. We paid for an apartment but we were given 2 separate rooms in a very rundown condition and the bathrooms were in worse condition. We asked for our money to be refunded because we were not staying in these conditions and were told NO REFUND Advertisement stated apartments with satellite television, fridge mini bar and bath amenities..This was false advertising. The manager also advised us that the photos used on bookings.com were 20 years old the premises looked abandoned and disrepair. We left and found alternative accommodation and booking.com have not tried to help us recover our money.

the location to the beach and cafes why offer a kettle and cups with no spoons or coffee/tea had no tv but had tv socket so at one time it had one..the room was so empty it echoed everytime we spoke looked tired and smelt musky the paint is blistering

Large room and balcony, nature vibe surrounding the hotel, very near to the beach, lots of bars surround it, quiet place to stay. They need to fix the shower, provide the toiletries completely, clean the floor appropriately, provide room service for F&B so the customer can get the food easily, colder aircon.

The pool and location Rooms not set up properly. It is like they half did the things in there. We did not have a clothes airer, or chair to sit outside, no spoons etc. just the littles things, just inconvenient, needs more attention to details. No lighting to pool - very unsafe. Old and needs some TLC - could be amazing. Staff friendly. Maybe covid has impacted on this establishment. We all think that the price was too much for the condition.

We only stayed 1 night and arrived late it's location and good price made it ideal. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was good. The rooms were basic and the air conditioning didn't work that well.

The location is superb, just a minute walk from the beach and restaurants.. Ignore the bad reviews on here, the room was clean and perfectly adequate, yes the resort is a little tired but people should align their expectations with the price they are paying.. The room was clean, the air con works great, the water is hot, the beds are very comfortable, clean sheets and nice blankets.. The breakfast is simple but perfectly adequate unless you are very greedy.. A great pool in the huge garden at the back.. It’s not a 5 star Ritz-Carlton but neither is the price.. It’s perfect for a few days, which is all you need in Lovina.. Everything was fine ?
