Ease of registration, room clean and comfortable, in city centre - close to everything. Good restaurant and bar. The big heavy room key and only one.

Room very small and TV was in the lefty corner of the room, had to watch it in bed so finished up with a neck ache ! No complimentary drinks like the Berri Hotel.

Staff were fantastic - friendly, professional, helpful. Breakfast was great. I did NOT get the room I thought I had booked through Booking.com. The picture of the room I clicked on when I made my booking was not the room I got - & it was in the Hotel part, not the Motel. The room was small, the bathroom smaller & the shower ridiculously small. The mattress felt 'old'.

I didn't realise the room had no windows. I may have booked the cheapest room which is the reason why better plans to find a better room if I next travel to Berri

ENJOYED OUR STAY. STAFF WERE FANTASTIC. HAPPY WITH OUR MEALS. PLEASED YOU HAD LIFTS TO THE FIRST FLOOR. ONLY NEGATIVE WOULD BE THE ORIENTAL STIRFRY ON THE MENU. TAKE IT OFF. OPINION OF A FEW PEOPLE ON OUR TABLE. ALSO WANTED TO BOOK DIRECT THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE BUT RATE WAS TOO EXPENSIVE. BOOKED THROUGH BOOKINGS.COM BECAUSE IT WAS CHEAPER. ENDED UP PAYING MORE THAN OUR FRIENDS. WILL PUT IT DOWN TO EXPERIENCE.

Loved the location of the hotel but the room we were given was very old, tired looking and musty smelling. The bathroom was tiny. The only redeeming feature was the comfortable bed. The meals at the hotel were lovely & the staff were mostly very friendly.

It has a hotel and restaurant in the same building. The room was smaller than expected. Noise from the corridor outside was present. The bathroom was very small and difficult to move around in. The shower doors didn't close properly and leaked water. Parking spaces close to the hotel were the luck of the draw.
