Aloft by Marriott Lubbock

Extremely clean hotel. We had a corner room and it was huge. Very quiet which I loved.

Great location, excellent staff, super clean and comfy beds! Will definitely stay here again.

Due to the lack of experience of the front desk clerks our check in took longer than usual and we still did not get what we had requested on the reservation. There was no soap or shampoo, bottles were completely empty. TV did not work so we had to have the girl from the front desk to come up and figure out what was wrong. Very disappointed that such a hotel as Aloft would not have a microwave to heat our leftovers from the restaurant we had eaten at earlier. There were no breakfast choices in the little breakfast store up front. Ice machines did not work so we had to go to the bar to get ice in our ice bucket. We will not ever reserve a room at your hotel again.

The property was located in a perfect area for us. Close to shopping, dining and other things. Clean and well maintained.

Hotel was very clean and lobby has an amazing smell when you walk in and staff greeted us right away. Room was great clean and ac was amazing.

I have been traveling for weeks and actually was in my hometown just needing a spot to be out the house for the night…anyways this place is the best motel I have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely professional, helpful and kind. I was having a really bad day and they made me feel safe and welcomed, I really needed it. I paid $300 for a room in San Antonio and didn’t even touch the amazing environment I received at Aloft. I will choose this hotel everytime!

The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and chilly and I had the best night of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The shower gel was empty but the shampoo was fine for washing with. Everyone on staff were really nice and friendly.

Everything was great! We will stay again!

The room was filthy. Restroom and shower were dirty. Walls were full of stains. The fridge had leftover takeout. The floors were sticky. We wiped everything down with a bleach spray and the wash rags turned black.

Location is great and clean Workout equipment, computer and pool were all out of service. Shower wasn’t draining so had to call for a repair.

Clean, friendly staff, location near many restaurants.

Usually you hear doors closing, people talking, not one peep... everything was clean. Everytime I saw an employee they smiled and were welcoming. The parking lot is enclosed mostly, and surrounded by a clean strip mall with food and shopping.

Disappointed! The room was missing the door to the bathroom. Gym roof was leaking water.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed my stay there. Will stay again.
