BOOK THIS HOTEL! The staff is amazing, rooms are super clean, the fridge is stocked (for purchase items) and large enough to hold beverages / snacks you might bring in. The restaurant is superb. Everyone who works there is so friendly - that’s what stands out the most! Dog friendly!

The rooms are beautiful. Loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the fire pits. The $18.00 per night service fee that was added on.

Pool was in full hot sun. Unable to use when other guests finally left and sun went down.

I stay here often, this visit the hotel was short staffed. Everyone was working hard to maintain high standards.

Courtyard and pool area very nice. Nice room, but small. Staff was very professional and friendly. Not enough parking, had to valet park, open lot is off the premises, not secured. AC or fridge made too much noise

We usually stay here when in Lubbock but this time was off. They came in our room to clean but never made the bed or take out the trash. They only took old towels (but didn’t replace them) and open the window shades.
