Nothing The staff was missing at check in and took 30 minutes to find anyone working there. The accommodations were horrible and they took the damage deposit and it was not returned to the guest

Front staff was very friendly The hotel was very dirty. Our room was nasty. the bathroom wasn’t clean. Only one towel. The room was dirty, holes in the walls. Picture was broken. The kitchen appliances were dirty. The pillows had stains on the them. I have pictures. The pictures on the website were very misleading. No dishes in the kitchen. Very disappointing

The price was excellent, the location ideal. The room and bed smelled of cigarette smoke, the air conditioning wasn’t ideal.

Nothing The rooms had a bad smell, and the customer service was poor, The exit doors were not secure from the outside intruder. Anyone could get access to the building without permission, rooms were dirty.

Nothing Everything, one of the Room lock wasn't working, also when we arrived to check in I was assigned one of the room which had a bad smell which no human can leave there and I had to refused it and they didn't want to change to another room. I had to go to another hotel to look for a room for a night. Their customer service was poor.

3 attempts to activate my key card unsuccessful, had to have front desk attendant let me in my room. Less than 1/2 the shower head worked and water didn’t get hot, water that did shoot from the shower head felt sharp. Floors were sticky and fridge was leaking. Bed was squeaky and sheets had a musty smell to them. Overall poor experience, booked 3 nights stayed one out of desperation seeing how I checked in after 1:30am and checked out the next morning and stayed somewhere else. Worth losing money to find a cleaner place with adequate showe

It was somewhere for us to stay for the night. First the bathroom was dirty. The bathroom door did not have an outside door handle, we figured that out over night when we shut the door and couldn’t get in there after we need to needed to use the restroom and we had to call the front desk to come open it for us! The lady came with pliers and opened it and turned on all the lights! The bed was so uncomfortable! The curtain was falling off the rail.

Staff was helpful the ac worked Fridge was broke lost all my food i brought no cold water in sink bathroom door was broken paint peeling off the walls tv did not work door latch was broken took three days to move me to another room deadbolt didn’t work paint peeling off the walls no rags floor was dirty in both rooms didn’t clean my room the whole week in either rooms ice machine was broken
