Guest House Inn

Room was spacious, it even had a fan in it so it added more of a cooling factor to it. Front desk was very kind and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Do not stay at this hotel!

We had a short stay, the room was clean. Outdated which were ok with. However the perfume on the room was too much. I would suggest to get rid of that. Is too strong .

Excellent location, close to Texas Tech. It was clean and staff were friendly. Great for our two night stay to help our daughter move in to her apartment. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself was very clean, you could smell it was clean when you entered the doorway. The staff was very friendly and informative. The only downside to this hotel was it is an older hotel. You could see some updates to it like the flooring. Overall it wasn’t bad and very close to Tech.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it will not be my last. As I said in a previous review, I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Lubbock. It is very convenient to the hospital, the entire property is well-maintained, the rooms are super-clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

Dirty room, floors, comforters - glad it was for only one night. Breakfast was terrible, next to no staff available.

Mainly the price. The clerk was very helpful. I wish I had known there was food nearby. A little hard to find.

Exceptional

Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom, metal light switch in the bathroom that looked like it was from the 70's, rotted wall behind the toilet are and extremely outdated fridge and flooring in the room. I'm not sure if their family wrote prior reviews or what but be warned it is not as advertised. We stayed here as a last minute decision on Tech move in weekend when it was one of the only few options left and I think we would've been better off sleeping in our truck. Very little parking as well so if you have larger vehicles be advised.

Extremely Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Very good experience!!

Our rooms were canceled when I only canceled one out of the 3 rooms booked. Cheap To pets still showed our confirmation but the property did not. We were stuck scrambling at 11:30pm for rooms for the night before my daughter re graduation. I had to pay an extra $105 over the amount originally booked. Extremely unhappy and expect a refund of the $105 at the very least.

Although not a fancy, new hotel, the Guesthouse Inn was very nice. Our room was spotlessly cleaned! The bathroom was well stocked, the AC worked well and our dog was welcomed!!’ We’ll stay there again if the occasion arises!!’
