The only issue I encountered was being uninformed about the $100 refundable deposit; however, beyond that, the quality of this hotel is truly underrated for the price. I will definitely book here again and highly recommend it to others.

My daughter is a student at tech and we came in to get her moved in for the school year. I had already booked and paid for our stay at the hotel and had a receipt and everything about a week in advance. Yesterday when we got there to check in, they could not find our reservation and we’re being very shady about it I showed them my receipt. They question my ID and they still were not able to find it. Another person came down and they went in the back and so we just told them that we were not comfortable staying there and that they could

Best thing: front desk attendant allowed me to check in 45 minutes early. She was very nice. I was on the 4th floor. Ice machine did not work. Blow dryer in room did not work. Went to lobby to purchase water, dt. coke, etc....Would only take cash, no debit card. Overall, I would go 3.5.

It could have been cleaner

Everything was great til the last day and the elevator was out. Was very inconvenient being as we were on 4th floor and one of group had just had hip surgery.

Location The property looked old inside, the carpets looked dirty and felt dirty. We were on the third floor. The ceiling in the bathroom had been sloppily repaired. The towels were threadbare.
