Super 8 by Wyndham Lubbock West

Building was falling apart, elevator was sketchy, had to get our towels and toilet paper, and room had cockroaches. Staff took info, but was dismissive and wouldn’t provide managements info. Will never recommend or stay again.

This place is gross. The tub was nasty and missing the middle piece above the drain. The mirror was filthy. The furniture was awful. And there was some weird plastic covering around something coming down from the ceiling. I walked in the room, looked around, and walked right back out. It didn’t matter that I paid through Expedia and it was non-refundable. I would gladly pay double to stay somewhere better than this place.

1. Room was not ready when checked in at 3:00. 1.5 hrs to be cleaned 2. Sheets were not changed .. just fixed.. as they were late in cleaning it.. possibly, couldn’t change the sheets. 3. Lack of lighting in room.. had to change lightbulbs while in room!! 4. Amenities… not tissue, tiny shampoos n conditioner.. not enough.. seemed, previously used or left over! 5. Elevators were not working.. and no staff to help with the bags.. 6. Waiting lounge, stairs and breakfast areas; unclean .. very dirty old furniture.. and unpleasant smell. 7. Breakfast was pathetic! 8. Complaint to Manager .. he mentioned lack of staff, still poor management overall. One night was more than enough to stay in such place!!

Nothing it was horrible only reason we stayed was because there was no where else we could go everything was booked up we found a lighter on the couch. The stove didn’t work there was a hole in the restroom door it was nothing like the pictures I was so disappointed and mad that we HAD to stay there

Had trouble with the key cards they would disactivate very easily.

Room was clean, just smelled like pets.

I booked in advance and drove over eight hours from houston. When I arrived at the front desk to check in, they had cancelled my reservation without notifying me.

Reasonable price. good location. liked that sink and toilet were separate.

Clean room Got woken up at 5am from the fire alarm. But good thing there was no fire. Also the breakfast can be better. There was no bacon or sausage I stayed there three nights and the same breakfast all three mornings other than that it was good.

Nice Location. The staff failed to inform me that the room that they was assigned to me had a Flooring issue. The Floor angled towards one side which caused a Vertigo Reaction to my wife. After I informed the staff they were helpful in assigning us to an another room.
