Nice location Staff behaviour. They charged me for full day even I stayed till 12:30 pm only means only half an hour extra. Further ACs are in poor condition. Raised complaint with both OYO and Booking.com, but no response.

Nothing It's a scam. First, they accept bookings via Booking.com. After a few minutes, you will get a message to pay on a third-party platform called Oyorooms otherwise your booking will get canceled. I made the full payment to avoid any trouble on check-in. Now on the check-in date, they are saying they are full and do not have any rooms. I tried to call Oyorooms but the call kept disconnecting as expected. After some time they said that their one guest had not arrived yet. They made a call to that guest, but she did not pick up her phone and finally allowed me into that room. I am wondering what will happen if that guest shows up late in the night. It's a full scam run by the hotel and oyorooms.

not used the room was not kept ready before arrival, it was dirty, TV was not working, no Wi-Fi, no internet, so many mosquitos' bites, no water in the shower, water leaking in toilet, no toiletries was available, bedding was dirty and ripped, we asked an extra blanket but not provided, even tea and coffee was very costly & not freshly prepared.

They denied my reservation even after it being confirmed and I had to find another hotel and had to make a last minute reservation which costed me a lot never gonna use this platform again as it was my first experience with the platform and it turned awful ?.. 0/10

Bedsheets had stains, and very dirty, toilets were dirty, room service was very poor in fact no room service weven after 5 reminders, totally bad experience and exactly opposite to what is shown in app
