Bed sheets was never changed and I stayed for a whole week when it clearly has a sign in the room that they change the sheets every 3 days or at guest request. Breakfast was minimal at best…..milk, orange juice, waffle and 2 different cereals. Also the room upstairs from ours you could hear foot steps throughout the night

It was quiet. Felt like the employees could have been more friendly. There wasn’t always someone physically present at the front desk. There wasn’t an issue with the hot water in my room where they did not advise me the water lines were backwards so that caused a bit of a frustration and delay in my family taking showers/baths. It wasn’t until I asked about the issue that I was advised.

A simple polite no would have been fine. After I checked in and When it was time for the ice she would only give me ONE of those little plastic cups of ice. I WOULD HAVE SETTLED FOR 2 CUPS ---BUT NO---ONE CUP ONLY. I LEFT! How any reputable company could have such a horrible person representing their entire establishment is very sad. BTW I never leave negative reviews but you the traveler and the management needs to know this info.

Ice machine and soda machines not working. Fans in the hallways due to moisture. Room wasnt as clean as anticipated. Previous stays were better.

Parking light was glaring in our room all night. Curtains didn’t close right. No where to sit except hard stackable chairs. Sketchy.

Everything was clean, bit the only suggestion was to have better tasting coffee. The coffee tastes like it was mixed with cooking oil or something odd.
