Great Entrance. And nice restaurant! I felt like there was some kind of Aroma Oil in my room. I believe, it could be some kind of refreshner. It would be great, if they do not use it. Not everyone might like that smell. But other the that, it was a great experience! Very friendly staffs!!

Everything was great. However as a vegan, I am particularly grateful to Dinesh ( the AM restaurant manager) for his help with my selections. In Nepali there is no specific word for Vegan. You could say Pure Vegetarian however some restaurants in Nepal don't distinguish that concept from vegetarian. If you don't want eggs, milk, butter, or animal products of any kind, you must take extra time to explain. Dinesh understood completely. Nothing really but if I have to be picky, know that Bhairahawa has occasional power interruptions. After the power is restored, some of the electronic room locks may start beeping continuously. Some people don't care, but I am hyper sensitive to irritating sounds. Just call the front desk and tell them if your floor has beeping electric locks & they'll fix the problem l.

Centrally located on the main road it's a nice n comfortable hotel. The staff were very courteous. The breakfast layout was reasonably good. Only we didn't enjoy the quality of dinner meals. Should improve.

I liked the breakfast and room facilities. That's it. Where should I start? 1) Lack of communication between employees 2) I booked for lumbini trip well before 2 days but hotel management denied my car booking on the day of the trip saying that there was another booking. 3) my room was not cleaned though I informed and gave my keys to the receptionist well before. 4) the laundry was delivered late. 5) in the restaurant, I waited for at least 30 minutes for someone to serve me some water and menu. But unfortunately I didn't got it. 6) I found out that restaurant employees were not paying attention to the need of customer. But rather were talking with each other than caring about the need of guest. 7) I found that Mr. Yadav, the general manager, was either was clueless about his job or was not doing it properly. 8) the momo achaar (chutney) that was served to me had a pungent smell. If this is so called 4 star hotel then I will rather go to other hotel. If the management will not take some proper actions to rectify the problems then it may be the end of the hotel's reputation.
