There are no windows anywhere, not even in the reception area or the lobby. No common area or room to sit and work or eat, only two small tables and some chairs by the reception. No cooking or even microwave warming possible.

Shower is not watertight and gets water all over the floor of the bathroom.

Waiting for 2 hours before we check in . Our arrival is 3PM but the staff says 5PM our check in due to holidays they need to clean it. But it's okay they're staff is kind and room is Good.

Location very near Luodong Station, there were a lot of shops nearby like 711 etc. NIGHT market was around 800 meters away. It was not easy to locate for first timers. NO buffet breakfast.

Room is spacious and clean 2 person and we added a 2 guest in a room, so a total of 4 persons. But the bath towels is only for 2 people.

Right next to the train station, clean, nice sized room. On top of a 24 hour KTV meant it was impossible to sleep. The singing went on all night and was still going when we checked out. It's not just a bass noise as some others said, we could hear all the lyrics!

Friendly staff, spacious capsules each with a small TV setup, dorm room had a small fridge, kettle, work desk, lockers - these came in very handy when I stayed an extra 2 nights (5 nights total) to wait out a typhoon. Location is convenient as it's right next to Luodong Train Station. Note that the dorm room is a room inside the hotel so it doesn't have a common area or kitchen like other hostels if that's what you're looking for.
