The location.Just around the corner of the night market and 10-15 minutes walk from the train station and bus station Humidity! The room was colder than outside. The air conditioning, if turned on, was shooting air at 16 degrees, so it was completely useless. I had to sleep with my clothes on every night and I still feel cold in my bones

Right in the city centre. Nice staff It wasn't easy to find it as there were no signs in English. Some instruction in English would be helpful ?

Friendly and responsible staff. We were worried when we drove past the hotel and couldn’t see the name if the hotel on the building that the GPS indicated is the hotel. I called the hotel and was given clear directions to verify the building. The staff even called me when I didn’t appeared at the hotel, Entrance to hotel is not obvious. Perhaps a signage to point to the lift would be helpful

The receptionist was super nice and really tried hard :) The furniture, the room itself, everything is so old.. it is just not a place you want so stay. 100m away you can find a new, super nice hotel for the same price.
