Great property in a great location, walk to everything!

The front desk staff was very friendly. She greeted me with a smile and helped me with a late check out

Breakfast was not good. Pancakes were pre-made and rubbery. Coffee cups were small, no bananas, oranges or apples, no yogurt, We had stayed in lower rated hotels the same week and had much better breakfast.

Check-in area was quite busy, with only one staff member working at the desk. Our room seemed clean, but the shower apparently hadn't been cleaned well as there was hair in numerous spots. Beds were clean but not as comfortable as expected for the price of the room. Sliding glass bathroom door couldn't close/latch. At breakfast, there were several juice beverages available, but only two VERY small juice glasses available, and one of them was dirty. People started using coffee mugs for juice, which then left no mugs for coffee. We stayed here one year ago and were very pleased with everything but probably won't stay again after this visit.

Clean large room with lots of amenities. Newer hotel. Great breakfast gym and pool. Great for a trip. Easy pull up check in and luggage racks. Easy parking. Next to an upscale shopping mall and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I come back.

I left a throw blanket behind that was given to me by my deceased mother. I made 5 calls to the hotel without any help. I do understand, leaving the blanket was totally my fault. I wish the staff and housekeeping would have been helpful.

Nice staff, we had a problem with our room air conditioner and they immediately found another room for us. Room was quiet and clean. It was nice to be able to grab breakfast before heading out. Parking was free and there is a nice shopping area across from the hotel.

I was charged $15 more than the price I had secured the room at via Expedia.

They charged me extra for my dog. I would have liked to know this before booking, or at least during the booking process.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were nice. No microwave in room. Pool area was dirty with fake lashes on the floor. Apparently two people were having sex while kids were in the pool.

Very expensive for basic amenities. Only 3 hr window for breakfast time. Rooms are really basic for the price. Staff is nice.
